These mice are now the ONLY toy that our 10-month-old kitten will play with for more than 5 minutes. She adores them! Like every small cat toy, they disappear quickly under and behind things in our house, so we give her a new one every evening.
Be warned, though: These mice require adult supervision. Our cat plays fetch with them, so she is easily watched while we play with them. The main worry is that they are easily chewed through, and the mouse body is dangerously-undigestible plastic, while the things that make them rattle are small granite pebbles! The pebbles are not even round, and some have sharp edges.
