I have two siberian huskies, one of them can be quite energetic at the worst of times. When we have to be away from home late, they are so excited to see us that it takes about an hour to calm them down. I'm usually ready to turn in, I can give her 5 or 6 of these along with a rawhide and she's calm and relaxed. My other husky is afraid of thunderstorms and this works for him as well. I've been using these for years and they don't seem to affect their digestive system in any adverse way either.
